The hydrologic cycle, hydroclimatology, climate variability, hillslope hydrology, medical entomology, infectious diseases, and climate and disease forecast

Current Research:

South Asian monsoon variability and predictability; Rossby wave teleconnections; the coupled monsoon-ENSO system; drought; modeling and forecasting land surface wetness conditions, mosquitoes and mosquito-borne disease transmission; West Nile virus; malaria.
